So i'll start again - welcome to 2012. I've been slowly dragging myself out of holiday mode, and prompted by a slew of emails in regards to memberships and the Junior Enduro dates, i thought i'd better make some updates.

Memberships: are now due. Membership runs from 1/1/2012 through to 31/12/2012

Membership forms are now available for download on the membership page here.

Membership prices have been reduced for 2012. new / renewal single $20 family $30

Direct deposit details can be found on the membership form. Please use your surname as a reference and print a copy of the deposit record to be posted with your completed membership form.

If emailing membership, a screen capture of the deposit receipt must be emailed with your completed membership form If emailing membership form / payment, please do so to the following address:     holbrookmcsc@gmail.com

As membership Sec. i don't have access to the Club's mailbox, and if memberships are posted to the Club PO box i will only get the membership mail once a month at Club meetings.  Means you will generally get your stuff back a couple of weeks after you post it.

Junior Enduro:  The dates have been posted on the MNSW calendar since the new year. For those that haven't found them there they are as follows (taken from the MNSW calendar and subject to change - please contact the hosting club to confirm dates and venues)

Results for last weekends Holbrook 6Hr, and the Wanabrook MX round held the weekend before are now up on the Seasons Results page.

A small but enthusiastic group enjoyed the beautiful spring weather of Victoria's Upper Murray for the 2011 6hr Enduro. Thanks to all who attended.

Tumbarumba MCC have asked to let members know that they are hosting a coaching clinic with Shane Booth, a Level 2 Y-Aim coach on the last weekend in October - 29th / 30th.

Working Bee, 'Wangoola' Sun. Aug 7th. 10am start.

Bring shovels, rakes, gloves, covered shoes etc.

BBQ will be available for a BYO lunch.

Last tidy up before the track inspection.

Just an update on the working bee's out at 'Wangoola' to try and clear the flood damage, so the heavy equipment can get in and fix up the MX track.

Working Bees this weekend - 9am, Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th May 2011.

"The Pines", entry via the gravel pit (Jingellic Rd, heading east toward the river, about 6 km's out on the left hand side. About 500m before the 'normal' entrance used for the Enduro.)

Muzza J will have the big hotplate there if you want to bring along some snags for lunch.

"Hi  All,

Greg and Raelene and kids  are moving to Western Australia in a couple of weeks , so instead of having our usual meeting at the pub we would like to have a get together and farewell for them at the Byer Motor Inn in Holbrook on Tuesday 10th May at 7.00pm. We will try to squeeze in the general meeting as well over dinner.

Hope to see everybody there. Jen"

We hope as many members as possible are able to get to the dinner to wish Greg & Raelene all the best with there move to the West.

Bill & Barb spent their Easter break on the road to Lake Eyre and back. A brilliant Road Bike Report and Gallery full of pictures are now available to be looked at.

Next round of the Leaping Log will be hosted by Holbrook at 'The Pines" on Sunday May 29th. The carpark and pit area will be changed this year, so keep an eye out for an updated map to the new entrance to the track.  The round will be scored traditionally (no transponders) and results will be available throughout the day, and online a couple of days after the round has finished.

Bill, Barb and Phil have been tearing up the bitumen again. Holbrook - Dargo - Holbrook via Jamieson and Mansfield.
